      A place to learn and grow with minimum pay

      Pros

      Great hours and holidays. You are able to learn a lot if you are willing.

      Cons

      Pay is not fair and it's very low for the amount of responsibility. No consequences for those that need it and very little appreciation for those that go above and beyond. Yearly reviews are a joke. Always understaffed, so they are constantly shuffling staff around.

      Pros

      Your work location is usually close to where you live, and because this is a small credit union most times they're not very busy.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement because only teller/member advisor positions are posted.
