Though a lady being the founder is a non-issue, however employee treatment is our topmost priority. We understand and empathise with the fact that you have had a less then ideal experience here and we aim to resolve the same. In the past 1.5 years since your most unfortunate departure from us, we have grown to hold better work life balance as well as flexible work environment for our team members. We offer them a chance to work when they can without a day hour bound - instead every team member is bound to the final timeline that we as a company must meet. Everyone can perform their best in the environment that suits them the most. We also offer a complete transparency policy to avoid any politics that may adversely affect our team member's mind and focus- We need them to perform at their best and we agree that it can only happen when they are happy working with us. We are moving towards the thought process of people working WITH us instead of working FOR us. We are confident this will ensure an environment that everyone would want to work in. We are driving towards improvement day by day, making policies keeping our team members (aka Employees) in forefront and we hope to make Memorres a humanly place as much as possible!
