Leadership are macro-managers. It’s culture is very cult like and toxic. You’re either in or they will make you feel like an outsider. I’ve witnessed many of my colleagues being discriminated against. Leadership also shows favoritism to a specific group of people while everyone else’s hard work goes unnoticed. Very high turn over rate due to poor leadership skills and unsustainable practices. Prepare yourself to go along with everything because you will not be granted the human right to have an opinion of your own.
