Pros
Organization does a fair job at hiring college students with little experience for internships. It's good for those wanting to get their feet wet in the D.C. region.
Cons
This place is not for anyone with more than 6 months -- 1 year of work experience post college. There are no benefits, no trainings, no professional development. This organization does not handle "fresh blood" well -- there seems to be an overall lack of strategy in how the organization moves. It just goes from one ting to the next. Interns are the staff; this isn't a place for full-time work.
