      Pros

      They want to hire people, so if you are looking for a job it is a good place. The profit sharing is what keeps people around.

      Cons

      Had to punch out to use the bathroom, very weird rules...not a great place to work.

      Good pay with overtime always a possibility Good work environment Can work as few or as many hours as you want Profit Sharing and Contract Bonuses if you work for it

      Work location Benefits (especially insurance) A lot of company policies treat the corporate employees as if they are retail employees
