      Exciting/interesting parts and newer CNC Mills and Lathes.

      Cons

      With recent change in ownership, it may be getting better but during my employ the atmosphere was stifling. Don't even think about leaving your workspace and definitely no small talk between machinists or operators.

      Amazing staff and a state of the art facility. The owners are actively involved day to day, often getting their hands dirty helping with the undesirable tasks. Salarys are consistently competitive. Plenty of room to grow and they promote from within
