      Mission is excellent A few excellent practitioners Work life balance

      Horrible management No support from management Nurses not trained in wound care No communication regarding issues Only looking at making money, the patient doesn't matter Corporate are bean counters. Do not care about their employees or patients

      the patients are amazing and the pay is fair.

      Cons

      Disorganized, top heavy management, CEO is looking to make a quick buck and when they lay you off it is literally a bums rush.

      Competitive wages, no holidays, no weekends, no on call

      Cons

      Top tier of business is all investors. Profit is the main goal to the point that clinical judgement is impaired by the pushing of products. More sales people, pencil pushers, and upper management than actual clinicians. Clinician opinion is not valued, nor is the clinician experience considered. Very poor morale.
