- Uneven distribution of workload - Leader takes credits of staff - Mistakes are often seen as being incompetent instead of opportunities for growth - Leader tends to micromanage and fails to provide clear directions - Callous and massive retrenchment of staff without taking care of the well-being and emotional aspect - Nepotism among higher management - Poor work-life balance as one is expected to work beyond stipulated working hours - Career progression is unclear and doubtful
