Pros

Food is good. Concierge is good.

Cons

Management thinks we compare to 1Hotel, Ritz and W...and expect that level of service. Please visit those hotels. We are closer to a La Quinta in Fort Pierce. All positions here are cut to the bare minimum and the service and rooms are awful. Upper management in hotel is inconsistent and really moody.

Pros

Good starting place if you don't have a job. Meals are provided. Uniforms provided. Good benefits and discounts at other locations.

Cons

Pay is low, management is inconsistent and has a high turnover rate. To many people in the management role and no one can make a single effective decision. To many people make reactive decisions that are terrible For business and morale. Horrible leadership Culture and values are not reputable.

Pros

It has been my experience that there is alot of potential for growth with team member support in all facets of the company. While you reap the benefits of a corporation the work environment can easily be assessed as business casual. I have had my superiors work days for me so I can attend something important and I intern do the same for my colleagues.

Cons

While hours may stretch past a forty-hour workweek it's not much more than that. When working in nightlife your schedule can bounce around between days and nights.
