Ongoing learning process turns a newbie into a full fledged professional in record time. A lot of young people makes for a fun place to work
Cons
If you don't prioritize well and/or set boundaries, you get sucked in by the huge amount of work. It's not easy to deal with the underlying pressure to work more and more.

Pros
Incredible learning experience, from corporate culture, to hands-on skills across variety of disciplines and components of the business. Design and marketing oriented projects and solutions inspire great amount of creativity. Management is quick at detecting talent and letting employees "spread their wings" should they wish so.
Cons
Limited career prospects with under-average pay; Lack of formal structure and framework among senior management; Young workforce and management can motivate childish behaviours.
