Good company, benefits, just don't show them if you are too smart
Pros
I liked working for this company, the pay was competitive and they offered benefits, not the best package but still good. There is training available (if it's relevant to your position). The organization is based on values, it's constantly improving, has lots of policies and procedures in place.Performance reviews are done annually. Upper management is very knowledgeable, also tough and demanding.
Cons
Upper management is sometimes creating a feeling of superiority. You have to work hard to earn their trust. Some supervisors don't have any kind of management training and promotions are very slow. They have a step-by-step policy and sometimes assume you have no previous knowledge, you have to be taught everything from zero.Doesn't matter if you're smarter than others, you will not climb the ladder faster.
