This “ not for profit” school is all about profit. This school lacks admission standards, charges in outrageous per unit amount of money, does not allow faculty to interact with administration, has an overwhelming amount of energy spent on sports, and poor externship opportunities for students once they arrive at their externship. Placement sites are not what they should be for a bachelor level program. Pay rates are not what they should be for a bachelor level program.
Administration leadership are hands off, and they push people out the door or fire them every summer if they do not fit into the tightknit environment that Menlo fosters. They allow for racism to exist in the various departments if it suits their political stance. They allow anyone and everyone into the campus there is no minimum standards. This is a highly charged political campus and if you do not fit in and do exactly what they want you to do. You will be somehow extracted from your job. I highly recommend that you pass on this opportunity.
