Lack of professionalism

Pros

A good starting point for young students. Will gain teaching experience and a starting income

Cons

Lacks professionalism. Doesn't hand out receipts against cash payments. Does not provide letter of acceptance and jof offer letter during recruitment. Doesn't even have experience letters. After I cleared all my dues with them, they replaced me with someone and didn't even bother to tell me. They sent a text to students, which I received as well, which said that their instructor had been replaced. When I asked my supervisor and head of the department, he said he had no clue. No one in the office apparenly had any clue about my replacement. Later my supervisor, still unsure, told me that some students complained about my teaching and that is why they replaced me. When I asked him about my employment status, he said there are no new batches that is why they are not placing me, they'll call me as soon as they get a new batch. But the truth is, they enrol students every day. Till date, they haven't contacted about anything.
