      No work life balance, no care at all for staff.

      Pros

      I'd say none but in an attempt to provide a balanced review, the salaries are industy average and the office building is ok.

      Cons

      Staff are treated as robots and expected to work ridiculous hours. You are expected to be able to be called even on weekends/after hours. Each department does not co-operative with other departments, making getting work done a nightmare. HR have ridiculed colleagues for mental health issues. Very unprofessional management, often gossiping about staff members and private issues right in front of other staff.

      Pros

      If you are good at kissing the senior management's feet then you will have a good time there. You can slack, relax and just take credit of what the others do. Don't be stupid and give honest feedback, they will encourage you to do so but if you say anything that they do not want to hear you will go into the black list!

      Cons

      Career outlook is non existent unless you kiss the senior management's butt Double standards Passive aggressive and uncomfortable people in the senior management team. Some of them bark and bite all the time! Long work hours with no extra pay or time in liue Your hard work will not be appreciated. You must be in the good bag to get any attention

      Role expectations easy to meet Pretty office

      Cons

      Where to begin….. if you want to work in a company where you’re completely treated like a spec of dirt from the upper management you can find that here. If you want to work somewhere that also openly discusses politics in an open forum especially genocide from global management, considering they claim to be so inclusive you bet you can find that here too. It’s also disgusting how many cases of harassment that goes on that a lot of it doesn’t get actioned that occurs to both men and women.
