Pros

Good hours, good benefits, prestige of Meraas name opens doors, some very smart employees.

Cons

Toxic culture, management regularly yells and threatens employees, unethical practise by global standards, people are not given the necessary information do their job, focus on politics and looking good rather then doing the work, high staff turnover, no planning or direction, things are left to last minute and all the pressure to deliver is left to the lowest person on the chain.

There's really nothing good to say.

Cons

A truly terrible experience. Management are out of touch and arrogant. The company has zero value for their employees and will flat out lie to new hires about facilities offered to employees. The working hours are long and the money is just not worth it. If you're thinking of working here, I suggest you keep looking. The high employee turnover rate is a great indication of how unbearable the conditions are.

Pros: Good work life balance; Good working hours; Although the politics is very very heavy and people work against each other rather than with each other, there is a level of politeness in the behavior.

Cons

Cons: very chaotic and unorganized ( so many people are given the same task which is so chaotic and inefficient)...non existent processes in some departments which should be the basis of a company ...no growth structure...unskilled upper management who need to focus more on development and organizing themselves and the company.
