Immediate coworkers are great and easy to get along with!
Cons
Management talks a big talk and pretends to care about their employees but bottom line, and more apparent, it's all about the money. You're just another number in their eyes and really we're all replaceable and expendable. Unfortunate, but due to the current state of affairs, full time position are few and far between. Thankful to still be working but definitely keeping my eyes open for opportunities elsewhere.
