      Pros

      Culture, people, flexibility, fairness and desire to collectively succeed. Despite economic challenges and difficult times, I feel motivated to work hard for the team and can see management still trying to make improvements and support the overall company.

      Cons

      No business is perfect and can all make improvements but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the business.
