Poor management structure, unclear processes, and lack of proper communication made daily work unnecessarily difficult.My experience working at Meraque was disappointing. The company lacks proper operational structure, and many processes are unclear or poorly implemented. Inventory and operational workflows often rely on ad-hoc decisions rather than established SOPs, which creates confusion and inefficiency. Communication between departments is also inconsistent, making it difficult to complete tasks smoothly.
