      Pros

      Great company. Excellent people. Amazed to see only disgruntled former employees with negative posts. Not bad to have only 3 of these after 14 years. And funny that they are inaccurate about corporate performance and likely from employees that were dismissed for non-performance (a couple after a full year of non-performance).

      Cons

      A lot of work. Consulting/research balance is always a challenge. Resource constrained which equates to managed to profitability. This can appear as “small mindedness”.

      Pros

      Some good research directors/analysts who are passionate about their respective service verticals. Company has a good reputation in the payments industry for their research.

      Cons

      No opportunity growth. Founder and CEO is very close-minded and very difficult to work with. A constant turnover of employees.

      Pros

      Great people. Overall, great place for client interaction, project work and building a personal brand. Interaction with folks at a senior level throughout the payments industry. High degree of independence (both good and bad -- see Cons). Another positive is a conservative growth approach.

      Cons

      No real training. Everybody is often working independently and not getting the best leverage from everything that is produced. Demands of consulting vs. research work is challenging to balance. The company is growing on a resource constrained model that is frustrating as the payments industry continues to expand.
