      Pros

      I joined merce as inter and it been 8 great month working in merce. Senior person is always available and ready to help. 1. Good training from day one. 2. The training program was were well planned. 3. The company focus on new technologies which helps us to keep our knowledge updated. 4. Company infra structure is very good. 5. Every year company conduct and annual picnic where all employee across different locations come together.

      Cons

      1. Training program should also include some topics which help in fundamental building and helps to build our logic stronger like data structures, details of data database. 2. Can divide the training group based on persons existing knowledge.

      Pros

      I joined merce as inter and has been given very good training and later placed at one of the leading financial client side location. 1. Very well planned training program. 2. Company conduct periodic training for client side employees. Helping us for our growth and performance for technologies. 3. Company look after every requirements of the employee during the training session from breakfast to lunch .

      Cons

      1.Delay in appraisal process. 2. Sometime training assignments along with office hours become tedious.
