Pros

It's a job, but managers do not encourage you. You are given menial tasks.

Cons

Coordinators in Enrollment try to control and compete with you rather than work as a team. If you shine, they will wine. Not much room for growth or advancement

Pros

The organization has a positive and supportive culture, with colleagues who are collaborative, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Team dynamics are a clear strength, and there is a strong sense of shared purpose. Compensation is competitive and generally aligns well with the expectations of the role.

Cons

At times, the workload can feel overwhelming, with periods of high demand that impact work-life balance. Additional support, clearer prioritization, or redistribution of responsibilities could help mitigate this.
