      Pros

      Working with minimal supervision. Upper managers are ok .

      Cons

      This job sucks you have to drive your personal vehicle with no compensation. They tell you that you will have summers off which is a lie. They make you do summer projects which are 2 weeks at a time and you will have to drive 12 hours from your house for no extra money. You will put about 4000 miles a month on your vehicle. Do not work here it is a joke. Good luck trying to find employees for your normal sets no one wants to work for this company for so little money and so much travel. Which makes your job has a manager even harder.

      Great pay and great benefits package, to include travel pay and company provided hotels.

      Cons

      Every year MSCO continues to grow and enhance in all aspects. I have no Cons for MSCO.

      Easy to learn the work, per diem, food allowance if traveling

      Cons

      working with some of the store managers can be difficult. not the managers at MSCO, the managers at the stores you go to
