Merchant Aviation, is a great place to work. I worked at two consulting firms before I joined MAv and never realized, what I was missing. The senior management at MAv is focused on providing opportunity to junior members of the team and allow us to grow with full access to our senior mentors and exposure to high level clients without any restrictions. As they said on my first day that the sky is the limit at MAv, it more than true!! I have grown in past 4 years more than at any of my other jobs. And more importantly we have a lot of fun while doing some exciting work!!
