      Boiler room crap

      Commission and lax with attendance.

      Cons

      Boiler room atmosphere, No Human Resources, Non-corporate, No computer for 3 weeks, Force Overtime. Micromanaging. Regurgitated Cheap leads with doubles. Hostile work environment. No warnings, just threats. One step away from a Law suit.

      Pros

      They let us wear jeans and bring in lunch on the second Friday of each month.

      Cons

      We are encouraged to lie to get business. We are instructed to hang up before someone asks to be removed from the call list. And if they do ask us to remove them we are only allowed to remove two a day. There are no controls in regards to customer data.
