      - no expectation to work after hours

      Cons

      - very low pay compared to industry norms - very rigid office work culture, no flexibility - authoritarian-like management, who show little to no respect (led by CEO) - performance is not rewarded, obedience is - leave days lower than industry norms and required to take forced leave

      Very nice people are employed there which makes the way management treats them even worse

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits (lack there of) are a joke Men are seen as more competent than women just because they are men High levels of nepotism and favouritism MW made no attempt at all to adapt to COVID regulations - 250 people all stuffed into an office because management has control issues
