      Great company, and I really hope the model works

      Pros

      The idea behind Mercia's investment strategy is great, but the execution on the venture side has not been successful. The debt structures by FDC are doing well.

      Cons

      It's a shame it's not as successful as it could be, as the regional strategy should work if delivered well. The debt and RE funds are looking really good.
