      In terms of positives, working at Merck ANZ is a valuable addition to your CV, providing exposure to a global company. Under a supportive manager, you can expect significant skill development, with corresponding compensation.

      Cons

      However, there are notable challenges. The HR department doesn't consistently align with employees' best interests. Additionally, reports of bullying from the senior leadership team have an adverse impact on team morale.

      Pros

      The company has good product offering, is very innovative in some areas and is pushing the boundaries with sustainability and packaging. Most staff are accommodating and willing to assist. Salary and performance bonuses are not bad.

      Cons

      The organisation in Australia and New Zealand was going through significant change. The Managing Director was swapped out and radically changes have been made. Mid level management were made redundant leaving staff unsupported and with no direction or clarity. I hope the organisation improves it has the potential.
