The worst cross-team collaboration I have experienced in my professional career with no real attempt to remediate it. This was so frustrating, since the other team(s) were never held accountable for mistakes or missed SLAs. They just don't seem to want to help anyone, which is a massive morale hit. Especially when management isn't doing anything about a problem that's so obvious it hurts.
Inflexible remote opportunities. I offered suggestions to management for how we could adjust the team schedule to allow for 1 day per week remote work, A suggestion that was completely reasonable and good for morale, fell on deaf ears.
Termination without just cause. I came in one day and saw a meeting invite with the C-suite. I was gone after lunch. The person who let me go deflected to HR, then HR never had any answers. Really, it was that straight forward. To this day I've never received any justification. It was done under the guise of a layoff. At least there was some schadenfreude in that the individual who fired me was let go just a few months later.
