      If you keep your head down and do your job no one will bother you.

      Cons

      The rotating schedule can be challenging, you will get attitude from the maintenance department when you call them for assistance.

      Pros

      Great team oriented environment, good reliability incentive program, new hire bonus, overtime is not mandatory but good overtime incentive to earn additional money on top of the time and a half. Great training programs, including buddy training system. Leadership is very solid and care about the people. Good opportunities to promote within.
