Pros

Great team oriented environment, good reliability incentive program, new hire bonus, overtime is not mandatory but good overtime incentive to earn additional money on top of the time and a half. Great training programs, including buddy training system. Leadership is very solid and care about the people. Good opportunities to promote within.

Cons

It gets hot out in the plant during the summer but they provide Gatorade, cooling neck wraps and you are allowed to wear shorts.
