Management is a joke. They have been posting fake job ads as the internal employees spiral and never actually hiring. I recommended someone perfectly qualified for the role to apply because we really needed the role filled. They received an automatic rejection soon enough. The role was again reposted. It is not for lack of good applicants. We get them all the time. The management just want to make it look like they are doing well and hiring to keep the investors and internal applicants happy, but they are just wasting the applicants' time.
