Avoid - low pay and burnout

Pros

Coworkers were friendly and people were welcoming. It was rewarding working somewhere that made a difference in the community and assisted the homeless population. I was able to get great experience which I leveraged to get a much better job.

Cons

Pay is extremely low for a large amount of work. I was doing the work of 3 people and felt burnt out. Leadership micromanages staff. Leadership worked remote/hybrid but didn't allow direct reports to do the same.
