They clearly don’t care about employees. Got into a bad accident and was told by boss I’m still scheduled today, even though I called hours in advance. I had second degree burn and a concussion they still had me work. They come off as loyal but they’re not. I still showed up 30 mins early for my shift like I always do after having to inconvenience my family for a car to use since mine was totaled and all the air bags were deployed. They put me on thirty days probation even after showing pictures of my car and a doctors note.

Management is horrible and most people in positions are unsupported (unless they really like you). High turnover in some positions. Some managers claim to be open, honest, and servant leaders, but are not.
