      Terrible Management

      Pros

      Beautiful area to live. Great place to raise children.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, and often lets employees know that they could be fired at any time. I have seen coworkers fired for no reason at all. No verbal or written warning. Just fired. Management is permitted to threaten employees jobs behind closed doors. Management discourages employees from going to HR.
