Great work, some members of the office were great to work with, all admin and business support staff tend to be really nice as well

The Wellington office is a total mess, the partners and the board seem to ignore any Wellington office issues, there are no HR Personnel in the Wellington office so the partner(s) get full run. Expected to work unreasonably long hours in an extremely high-stress environment, the partner is a bully (this is well known by MC management and generally in the profession but no one ever does anything about it). Rampant and overt favoritism, the performance feedback system is a mess (I never got any feedback, even when I asked). I basically suffered a total mental breakdown and had to seek 6 months of therapy at my own financial cost. The work is absolutely fantastic, but nothing is worth the level of toxicity in the office.
