      Pros

      Snacks, incentives, goal making and growing. Housekeeping and management postions for this company make good money but its tough work!

      Cons

      This company had bad management, acts like a fortune 500 company, but doesn't really care about their staff unless they are family.

      Pros

      The work environment is not only exciting but its motivating and inspiring . The team members are all welcoming and helpful. Everyone works together to create a successful work flow with strong ethical values. There is never a dull moment and we focus on solutions, not excuses. The best part about Meredith Lodging is that the upper management is always there for support and to keep that positive drive flowing.

      Cons

      The offices are all located in different areas and not all associates gets to see each other all the time.
