Difficult company to work for as owner is not a good employer. Employer does not provide adequate training for employee and refuse to retain qualified employees for long term periods of time. High turn over rate.

Nurses and clinical staff are extremely overworked with a high turnover rate. Management and administration gives poor quality of training to new employees. In addition, administration is often disrespect and dishonest creating an unpleasant work environment. Office clerical and support staff are underpaid or not fairly compensated to other staff in the office.
