      Pros

      Mostly good people. They try hard to be a "progressive" company

      Cons

      They reward bad behavior for upper management. Many complaints about how VP's treat the lower tier and they fall on deaf ears.

      They have a ping pong table, employees are nice

      Cons

      They work you like a crazy. Extremely boring tasks, mostly data entry and quality control. Any suggested changes are typically ignored. Overtime is less suggested but more of a requirement.
