Cons
It’s clinical research, so the work ebbs and flows. Projects will flood in at times, but are controllable so long as you manage your time well. The company has grown significantly in the past few years, and new processes are being developed to standardize work across sites. These processes may frustrate some, but for people that like to address new challenges rather than avoid them, there’s opportunity to thrive.
