Pros

Initially there was fantastic leadership in the office until that manager left for another opportunity. There was no "lead by example" mentality and little to no encouragement across business lines.

Cons

Poor to very little management, very little communication, other offices were completely disconnected from HQ, Constant change of goals and direction on a monthly sometimes weekly basis

Pros

Over Pay - compensation is the only reason employees stay

Cons

The worst leadership ever - family owned and the CEO / President is micro-managing and not employee friendly. There is a reason the company is losing money and can't grow its the lack of culture from the top down.

Pros

-Potential for decent money if you outperform coworkers

Cons

-Environment is actually cutthroat, unlike what they tell you about teamwork and cooperation during interviews -Work is extremely micromanaged; Numbers have to be met daily on a quantitative basis. If they are not met, employees are expected to do work at home, despite an already long work day (8:00AM to 6:00PM). -New recruits are told that the position is NOT a sales position, but the work is entirely sales related and clients are essentially pieces of meat, rather than human beings. This aspect is borderline unethical for several reasons because it involves telling lies to clients, submitting them to other unethical vendors, and simply wasting their time to meet management's numbers. -The opportunities for growth within the company only lie within the parameters of other recruiting positions and sales positions.
