Pros
Wednesdays are half days, usually for teacher work time, and we usually have off after 2pm one Wednesday a month. Lots of flexibility in lesson planning, essentially so long as you are keeping to the TEKS and IB, you are free to go. Students are generally awesome.
Cons
Similar to most schools I would think. Admin can sometimes be a bit overbearing, but its always from a place of seeking improvement. There are some issues with communication and planning of events. Sometimes we only get a days notice for major events and such. Which is frustrating, but not a massive issue most of the time.
