Pros

Residents are unknowing of what the staff deals with. They are great to be around, until they catch on how overworked everyone is.

Cons

Heavy and ridiculous micromanaging. Expected to work 24/7. Benefits are horrible. Upper level management works from home but they expect you to work 40 hours in office then work when you go home and 24/7 on weekends. No off hours. You are never out of their reach, they will contact you anytime of day and expect you to respond. You are not expected to have a personal life.

Very few , socializing with residents bringing joy through interacting with them.

Cons

Getting hired for one job and being forced to do several more. Being gaslighted being forced to work a schedule with no flexibility.
