Pros

A big pro is the ability to work from home.

Cons

You are often overworked and undervalued. They don’t like to give raises and often times unfairly rate you based off of who they like the most even if they say your work has been “extremely effective.” Especially if you are a yes man, rarely take vacation or sick days and are very good at your job that only gives them more reason to add more work for you while compressing your salary.

Pros

great culture, wonderful people, pay is OK. there is lots of support and transparency which makes it easy to do your job.

Cons

The company conducts layoffs on a yearly basis, and long‑term job security is limited unless an employee has been with the organization for 15 years or more. Even then, I have seen experienced employees impacted. It’s important to ensure that your role is considered essential to the organization’s core business needs; otherwise, there is a significant risk of being affected by workforce reductions.
