Management is terrible. They are rude and uncaring towards lower management and baristas. They left my coworker's deadname on the schedule the entire time they worked there. That is unacceptable. This could lead to someone's life being put in danger. Don't work here especially if you are not white, straight, cis, or conventionally attractive. Work at a local Austin coffee shop; they are much more accepting and have a better work environment and support queer and trans people. They also lie about their wage; it's not 21, it's 10. With tips, it's max 15. They also raised their prices and did not raise barista wages. Ridiculous charging someone $10 for an iced latte when that's what you make in an hour there...embarrassing.

No wage raise unless you move up, then you get a dollar raise after each year of being a shift supervisor until they cap you.
