      Good Salary package but you end up paying huge cost for your mental health

      Cons

      No Respect Merit treats you like a salve Worst Company to work with No job Security Mental health will be on big toss You will lose your family well being If they don't like you, they will end up putting you in PIP You can see more of dictatorship rule Don't go by Great Place to Work Certifcation

      If you are a fresher or with a yr experience, Merit is a good company to start and progress in your career. Good work-life balance and lots of activities keep the employees motivated.

      Cons

      Employees have the option of upskilling themselves but don't utilize the resources and options provided by the company to develop them.
