Great culture, relaxed and supportive

Cons

Executive teams seems to have a sinister feel. CFO or President (not sure) have just wiped out whole departments that seemed to be performing well with no warning. It's hard to work when good people just keep disappearing and .. you think that you or your friend will be next.
