Pros

Great incentive plan for travel agent.

Cons

I always gave more the 100 percent in my work. I worked for 10 years at this company with no recognition and no encouragement , always felt always sidelined/demotivated. Suffered a lot of stress/anxiety not because of work pressure because of the Management. No growth - Experience and Knowledge not recognized. In this company its not the experience or integrity or honesty- its whom you know, not what you know. Salary - just above the poverty line. Fam Trips- No existent. (pay for your own or through your incentives) Family Benefits- Pathetic. Commissions: Not paid for 4 months for getting a promotion.(Nor as an agent or Superior's bonus - I tried to put this to the HR/Management but to on avail. Growth is very subjective. It would take me another ten years to grow into the next promotion. Despite being a great employee.

Pros

Possibility to buy extra vacations, generous bonus.

Cons

Got fired under fake reason (staff cutback) even if the same week they hired a new consultant fresh out of school with no experience... After, I've learned that I was fired cause someone was coming back from her pregnancy leave even if I was not hired for a pregnancy remplacement wich is totally illegal. As they knew they were wrong and to be sure I shut up and don't go complain they gave me 2 months full salary with insurance... I know for fact that usually they were not offering that to fired employees, just the regular 2 weeks notice.

Pros

You get 3 weeks vacation and can buy more vacation days. Also working in the travel industry you can get discounts on travel

Cons

They almost never give raises even when you get way busier. If they like you, you get treated better. There is almost no room for advancement unless they just like you as a person
