      I love the fact that you can learn a lot working for this company with new challenges, and a friendly environment. You have opportunities and ability to move up in the business if you strive for it as well

      I have not experienced any negatives. If I have an issue, I feel I am heard by my manager and we come up with a solution.

      Pros

      They did a lot of training and group events - even the interns got to participate. The company benefits are really good - lots of PTO, great healthcare and insurance including long and short term disability

      Cons

      The job can be demanding on your personal time. When you work with people sometimes they can't talk during business hours so you have to do some work in the evenings and weekends.
