      Pros

      It has a great work/life balance. It has a great culture, very family oriented and committed to our members.

      Cons

      We are a non-profit so salaries may be a little lower, especially for the Bay Area.

      Pros

      the employees are pretty happy and you can eat a lot of good food, they have fun events each month for the staff.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of accountability at this company. Sometimes projects are forgotten about and the pay is not competitive.

      Pros

      They pay fairly and well, which is extremely hard to find. They also mean it when they say they promote from within, which is also hard to find.

      Cons

      There is little input from upper management, so your branch manager is basically in charge of your whole experience here. As long as you get a good branch manager, you'll be ok.
