      * Get the most basic exposure to cryptocurrency.

      Cons

      * You will not gain any meaningful knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain. * CTO is a man-child, he has zero experience - just made money off bitcoin back in the day and used to be a data scientist at InstaHyre - he has never worked in a team, or even managed anyone as a lead. * CEO is a pretentious human - doesn't care about anyone, uses and disposes. * Multiple layoffs happened. * Massive favouritism. The CTO got drunk at an office party and declared that only IITians are worth hiring. Truth be told, he's only been able to hire non-tech branches from IITs, and some of the employees he's had are so incompetent that they wouldn't be able to get jobs as an SDE-1, while here they are given SDE-3.
